Welcome to a special "dual" topic episodic discussion! Today we're covering our thoughts on two subjects with Resident Evil. The first will be Resident Evil Remake and how we view it as one of the greatest video game remakes put on the survival horror market. Secondly will be an extensive talking point over the groundwork laid with Resident Evil 0 with the lore, history and original N64 incarnation detailed.
Especially giving our praise/constructive criticism over some of the divisive choices that Zero made with notable exclusions to the Resident Evil formula.

The fear continues! Today we're breaking down the most common creatures within the Silent Hill mythos. We will talk about each enemy in three aspects: Symbolism, appearance and the creature's impact to the overall gameplay. This was a very long, and extensive discussion, so there might be some things that were cut for the sake of consistency like analyzing bosses. (Although Silent Hill 2 is the rare exception because of all the enemies/bosses are core to the characterization.)
We will talk more in-depth about those bosses in the future, but we hope you will enjoy the ride for this one. To make things easier on the viewer we've provided a document below to all the things we were referring to with enemies in this podcast. All of them are pictured and described in order. You can use it as an assistance tool if you're confused about the order we're going in. Megan McDuffee is synthwave composer, music producer, and recording artist for video games, trailers, and film. She's known for her amazing credits with big time companies, such as WayForward, WWE, Fox, NBC, Activision and Unity. Her contributions to horror/sci-fi trailers and sound design can be heard in trailers like Annihilation, Wrong Turn 2020, and The Predator.
As an electronic music producer and recording artist her style is dark electropop with heavy influences from the 1980's, retro-futurism, and cyberpunk aesthetics. She often co-writes and sings for other electronic producers, including Craig Connelly, Mitch Murder, ALEX, Moonrunner83, Scandroid/Klayton, and Fury Weekend.
We embark on this interview with questions about her career in the musical industry and discovering her opinion on horror media altogether.

Aya Brea is the only one who is able to stop the mitochondria menace as we take a deep dive into another dual-topic discussion. First we will talk about the impact that was left behind with all three Parasite Eve entries as these games brought "Horror RPG elements" into the forefront. There's also a lot of plot to go over with these energy infused abominations. Next we will talk about the generalization of Survival Horror RPG mechanics and if they invoke tension upon the player when it comes to grinding, overlevelling and pure challenge.

We've decided to do a new style where we condense all of these tropes into a bingo like format, and explain what we think about these topics in a form of random selection.
